What documents need to be translated to export goods?

To export goods, the following documents must be translated:

  • Customs declaration: Completed by the customs broker and includes information about the cargo.
  • Foreign trade agreement (contract): With additional agreements and appendices translated into the state language.
  • Shipping documents: Consignment notes (CMR, TTN, Air WayBill, Bill of Lading), loading lists, packing lists and specifications.
  • Commercial documents: Invoice, proforma invoice, invoice.
  • Certificate of origin of goods: For CIS countries – form ST-1, for the EU – form EUR.1.
  • Certificate of quality for the product: If available.
  • Permitting documents: Issued by government agencies to complete customs clearance (sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological, environmental control, etc.).

These documents are necessary to ensure compliance with customs requirements and the successful completion of export transactions.
