Therefore, we have defined for ourselves a 24/7 work schedule. Of course, this does not mean that our employees are in the office around the clock. But it does mean that you can safely call the numbers marked with the "24/7" symbols at any time of the day in the event that the success of a transaction or negotiations depends on the performance of a written or oral translation, and we will try to do everything possible not to let you down.

The Lexicon translation agency is located in the area of ​​the 6th station of the Fontanskaya road. However, we value your time, so we have developed the most convenient mode of cooperation. After receiving a request for translation by phone, we suggest that you send documents to the e-mail address of the translation agency lexicon2010@ukr.net. The order acceptance and processing center will calculate the cost and terms of translation, after which it will contact the customer. If the terms and cost of translations are confirmed by the customer, our employees will begin to fulfill the order. For the first order, depending on the language and volume of work, an advance payment of 10-50% is required. This rule does not apply to regular customers. Upon completion of the order, we provide the completed translation in digital format. If the customer has no wishes regarding the design, appearance, or structure of the translation, we print out the translation and certify it with the translator's signature and the seal of the translation agency.

Oral translations occupy a special place in the work of the translation agency. We understand that the requirements for the professionalism of translators engaged in oral translations are much higher than in the case of written translations. Experience, skills, good diction - these are the minimum requirements that we impose on oral translators. When choosing a translator, the subject of oral translations is taken into account, therefore, in the case of orders for oral translations, all issues are discussed individually.
